  • Response: Aim to reply within 24 hours

Chat (Slack/Teams, etc.) #

  • Purpose: Daily communication, immediate confirmation
  • Principles: Use appropriate channels and organize with threads
  • Response: Reply as quickly as possible during business hours

Video Conferencing #

  • Purpose: Complex discussions, face-to-face communication
  • Principles: Share agenda in advance and respect time
  • Preparation: Share necessary materials in advance
